Welcome to Mystic India Travels. By booking our tours, stays, puja services, rentals, or any related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1) Scope of Services

We curate and arrange tour packages, hotel/home-stay bookings, transportation/cab services, sightseeing, puja bookings, and custom experiences. All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

2) Quotes, Bookings & Payments

• Booking confirmation: A specified advance is required to secure reservations; balance must be cleared before tour/service start.
• Payment modes: Secure online payments via our website (Razorpay) or bank transfer. Payment links/invoices are shared on request.
• Documents: Where applicable, you’ll receive vouchers/e-tickets and a confirmed itinerary on email/WhatsApp.

3) Pricing, Inclusions & Exclusions

• Package prices are based on the selected dates, occupancy, room category, vehicle type, and current taxes/fuel surcharges.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude personal expenses, optional activities, camera fees, monument surcharges, and tips.
• Government tax/fee changes may impact the final price; any difference is payable/adjustable.

4) Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be in writing via email.
• Refunds (if applicable) follow our cancellation policy shared at the time of booking and depend on hotel, airline, rail, and activity provider rules.
• Non-refundable supplier charges (e.g., airline/hotel cancellation fees) and a service fee may be deducted.
• Date changes/guest name changes are treated as amendments and are subject to availability and charges.

5) Customer Responsibilities

• Carry valid travel documents (Passport/Visa, Government ID, PAN for payments where required).
• Report any discrepancy in vouchers within 24 hours of receipt.
• Adhere to local laws, property rules, and safety guidelines throughout the trip.

6) Third-Party Suppliers & Force Majeure

We act as an intermediary between you and independent suppliers (hotels, transport, airlines, guides, etc.). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, or events beyond our control. In Force Majeure situations, we’ll assist with the best possible alternatives/refunds as per supplier rules.

7) Special Requests & Health

Special requests (early check-in, adjacent rooms, dietary needs, accessibility, etc.) are subject to availability. Please disclose any medical conditions and carry required medicines/prescriptions.

9) Intellectual Property

10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
